HayTime Oy sells products to businesses and adult individuals. These terms of delivery are valid from 15.9.2023. We can change our delivery terms unilaterally, so please check our delivery terms before ordering products from our online store. By ordering products from our online store, you agree to our terms of delivery.

The characteristics and prices of the products in the online shop are shown in the context of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges, so please check with us. prices in your shopping cart before you accept the order. Delivery charges

The delivery costs charged for an order depend on the product and the delivery method chosen. Delivery charges are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You can see the delivery charges for your order in your shopping cart before you accept and pay for your order.

Ordering and contract

You can order products from our online store by adding them to your shopping cart and paying for the contents of your shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to have read and agreed to our current delivery terms and conditions. You understand that by ordering from our online store, you agree to our terms of delivery.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used.

If for some unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

HayTime Oy may cancel your order and refund your payment if there is a justified obstacle to the transaction (for example, previous disruptive or abusive behaviour). We will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Delivery method

We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods listed on our website, which you choose when placing your order. Please note that we only operate as an online shop, so all orders are delivered by post.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to the EU are 1-5 days, depending on the order and delivery method.

Right of withdrawal and refund conditions

If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Cancellation notifications must be made clearly by email to info@haytime.fi.

The right of withdrawal only applies to products that are in their original packaging, unused and well packed for return.

If the transaction is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice is given to our return address, which you will receive by email after the return notice has been sent. We only accept returns made by post. If necessary, the person returning the goods must prove that they were returned within the time limit, for example by means of a return receipt. The returning party must pay the costs of the return. Once the return has been accepted, we will refund the price of the returned products according to the original payment method.

Shipment check, error and problems

Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product is lost or damaged during transport, or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest. In consumer transactions, we comply with the mandatory liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

Guarantee

HayTime timers have a 12-month warranty and Akon Premium FLEXIGATE green port spools have a 6-month warranty. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. The warranty covers the technical functioning of the product during the warranty period, when used in accordance with the instructions. The warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by misuse. Please also note that the warranty does not cover breakages caused by horses or other external factors and/or resulting timer or gate coil malfunctions.

Limitation of liability

HayTime Oy shall not be liable for any indirect or direct damage related to the order, delivery or product other than as provided for in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law in respect of such damage.

Disagreements

We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order by agreement in the first instance, so please contact our customer service team in the first instance to settle the matter.

If a dispute over a commercial contract cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board(www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Service of the Local Register Offices(www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
